Many students finish in as little as 17 days, depending on their schedule. You’ll have up to 6 months to complete the course.

You can start classes at 17 years old, but you must be 18 years old to take the state exam and obtain your license. No prior experience or high school diploma/GED is required.

Our program is made up of 18 individual sessions that you can take in any order that works for your schedule. With both morning and evening classes, many students are able to finish quickly. You will also complete a 6-hour Contract Writing course as part of the licensing process.

You have 6 months to complete the program, with the option to extend up to 1 year if needed.

We offer both live Zoom classes with an instructor and a self-paced option for flexibility.

After completing your sessions, you’ll take a final school exam and then a state licensing exam at Pearson Vue. Both tests require a 75% or higher to pass.

Your 90-hour school certificate is valid for 10 years. However, once you pass the state exam (Pearson Vue), you must submit your application within 1 year. The 6-hour Contract Writing course must be completed within 2 years of applying.

Once you pass, you’ll receive your school certificate, which allows you to move on to the state exam (Pearson Vue) and continue the licensing process.Before submitting your application to the Arizona Department of Real Estate, you will need a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and must complete the 6-hour Contract Writing course.You do NOT need fingerprint clearance to start school or take your exams.We recommend referencing the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) for official Salesperson License Requirements: https://azre.gov/about/services/salesperson-license
