Premier Arizona Real Estate Academy is a modern real estate school based in Chandler, Arizona, focused on helping students not just get licensed—but get into production. Formerly The Forum Real Estate School, our school has been serving Arizona students since 2012, helping hundreds of students successfully complete their education and move forward in their real estate careers.
As the industry evolves, so are we. Our goal is to provide a more streamlined, supportive, and flexible learning experience through live instructor-led Zoom classes, updated materials, and clear guidance every step of the way.

Michael Flanagan
Lead Instructor
Michael Flanagan has been helping Arizona families buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2000 and has served as a licensed broker since 2014. Throughout his career, he has managed and mentored hundreds of agents, overseen billions of dollars in real estate transactions, and built a reputation as one of Arizona's most experienced real estate educators and industry leaders.

As a broker, team leader, and instructor, Michael combines real-world experience with practical, results-driven training. His expertise includes residential sales, new construction, luxury homes, investments, contracts, negotiations, marketing, and brokerage operations. Students appreciate his engaging teaching style, real-life examples, and commitment to helping them succeed both on the licensing exam and in their real estate careers.

Michael remains actively involved in the industry every day, giving students current, relevant knowledge they can immediately apply in today's market.

Kristin Santizo
School Administrator
With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and over 13 years as an Arizona Realtor, Kristin has dedicated her career to educating, supporting, and guiding people through important life transitions.
As School Administrator, Kristin oversees student enrollment, testing, and support while helping students successfully navigate the licensing process from start to finish. She is also an Arizona Department of Real Estate Certified Instructor and remains actively involved in the real estate industry.

Kristin believes that with the right guidance, support, and determination, more people can succeed in real estate than they often realize. She is passionate about encouraging students, helping them see what is possible, and showing them a clear path forward.
