Premier Arizona Real Estate Academy – Enrollment Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all students enrolled in Premier Arizona Real Estate Academy's pre-licensing courses. By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies.

Registration & Refund Policy:

  • All tuition and registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • Course registrations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
     

Attendance Requirements:
Attendance is monitored throughout every class session to comply with Arizona Department of Real Estate requirements.

  • Students must log into each Zoom session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Students arriving late or leaving class early will not receive credit for that session.

  • Students are required to attend the entire class session to receive course credit.

  • Students must remain visible on camera throughout the duration of class, except during scheduled breaks.
     

Technology Requirements:
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology before class begins.

  • Students must test their camera, microphone, internet connection, and Zoom software prior to each class.

  • Both video and audio must remain fully functional during the entire class session.

  • Classes must be attended using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.

  • Cell phones may not be used to attend Zoom classes.

  • Students must sign into Zoom using the same name used during course registration.

  • Virtual backgrounds are not permitted.

  • Screen sharing with another student is prohibited.

  • Only one student is permitted per device/screen.
     

Classroom Participation:
To maintain an effective learning environment, students are expected to comply with the following classroom standards:

  • Students must remain on camera throughout the class unless instructed otherwise.

  • Video may not be turned off during instructional time.

  • Students must attend class from a quiet, distraction-free environment.

  • Cell phone use during class is prohibited.

  • Questions and instructor interaction will take place through the Zoom chat feature unless otherwise directed by the instructor.
     

Scheduled Breaks:
A 10-minute break will be provided approximately every hour. Outside of scheduled breaks, students are expected to remain seated, attentive, and visible on camera.

Course Materials:
Course books and educational materials are licensed for individual student use only.

  • Students are not authorized to share, copy, or distribute course books or instructional materials.
     

Program Completion Requirements:
Students must complete all required coursework within the allotted enrollment period.

  • All 18 instructional sessions and all required school examinations must be completed within 12 months of the original registration date.

  • Students who do not complete the program within the 12-month enrollment period may re-enroll at the Past Student Rate of $249, which provides an additional 6-month enrollment period to restart and complete the program.
     

Required Contract Writing Course:
Completion of the 6-Hour Contract Writing Course is mandatory for all pre-licensing students.

  • This course may be completed at any time during the pre-licensing program.

  • Available class dates are published on the Premier Arizona Real Estate Academy website calendar.
     

Student Acknowledgment:
By registering for a course with Premier Arizona Real Estate Academy, students acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Enrollment Terms & Conditions, including all attendance, technology, participation, completion, and refund policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in loss of course credit or the requirement to re-enroll in accordance with the school's published policies.
